Ellis & Hart Billing Terms and Conditions
These Billing Terms explain how we charge for your order, what your total includes and what happens if something goes wrong with a payment. For the payment methods we accept and when payment is taken, see our Payment Policy.
1. Who Bills You
Your order is billed by CAPITALION LTD, trading as Ellis & Hart, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17075992. The name shown on your bank or card statement may include "Ellis & Hart" or "CAPITALION".
2. What Your Total Includes
Your order total is the price of your products in the currency of your country (GBP in the United Kingdom, AUD in Australia, EUR in Germany), including VAT or GST where it applies. Delivery is free in all three countries, with no minimum spend. The full total is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Order Confirmation and Receipts
After you place your order, we email you an order confirmation that serves as your receipt. If you need a VAT invoice for your order, email support@ellisandhart.com with your order number.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails, your order is not placed and nothing is charged. You can try again with the same or a different payment method.
5. Billing Errors
If you think you have been charged incorrectly, please email us within 30 days of the charge with your order number. We will look into it and correct any error promptly.
6. Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first: we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback while we are already helping you may delay your refund.
