Ellis & Hart Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The options available for your order and country are shown at checkout before you pay.
2. When Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken in full when you complete your purchase. We start preparing your order only after the payment has been successfully processed. If you choose Klarna, Klarna pays us in full and you repay Klarna on the terms shown to you at checkout.
3. Security
Payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-certified payment providers using SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Fraud Checks
To protect our customers, we may hold an order that looks unusual and contact you to confirm your details. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
