Every order is sent with a tracking number. Here is how to follow your parcel.
1. Find your tracking email
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse (within 1 to 4 business days), we email you your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot see it.
2. Follow your parcel
Click the tracking link in the email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update after the label is created.
3. Need help?
If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or you did not receive a tracking email, write to us at support@ellisandhart.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on working days. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time).
